- 48 Hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment, otherwise the full cost will be incurred.
- Appointments paid in advance must be taken up within three months, and are also subject to the terms of service.
- No show appointments will be charged at the full rate plus penalties. There will be no refund if you fail to attend an appointment or class that has been fully paid for.
- For puppy Classes a fifty euro deposit is required to secure your place. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the start of the course.
- All owners are legally liable under the Control of Dogs Act 1986 (amended 1992) and are responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their own dogs while under instruction.
- **Appropriate footwear and clothing i.e. flat shoes, should be worn during all appointments and classes.
- All clients are liable to the Terms of service and non-payment may result in legal action being taken.
